Gymnastics!

The FITT Principle is able to help increase the amount of flexibility one has easily. The way we can plan out how to increase ones flexibilty is:

F: Instead of going to the gymnasium once a week, you can increase it to twice a week for more practice. Lets use Monday And Thursday.

I:  Do the light and low intense things on the first day of the week ( monday ), which can be Bars and pike stretches and then do the hard and high intense things, such as: Beams and wall stradles on the second day.

T: The type of thing that we are trying to enhance using the FITT Principle is "Flexibility".

T: You Can spend around 2 Hours on each session and do 1 hour on each excersize.
